Founder Story
About Jason
Jason Moore, founder of Asheville Cryotherapy & Recovery, is a former collegiate athlete and a United States Marine with over 20 years of service. After suffering numerous injuries throughout his athletic career and military life, Jason began searching for effective and safe recovery solutions.
He first discovered whole body cryotherapy in 2016 and immediately noticed its impact on speeding recovery. Over the years, Jason refined his approach by combining cryotherapy with other therapies like Compression, Red Light and Infrared Sauna. This combination reduced his injury downtime, improved resilience and allowed him to maintain an active lifestyle.
Today, Jason is passionate about sharing these therapies with others who want to recover faster, prevent injuries and stay active.
